Full-bodied, fragrant and aromatic oil with clear tones of freshly cut grass, with a slight bitterness and itching but very balanced. Reminiscences of tomato, freshly cut grass and almonds.


Ideal for toast and all kinds of salads. Perfect in pasta and rice dishes. Flavor intensifier in carpaccios, tartares and tataki.
