An emblematic product of Castilla de la Cuesta, it came to this Sevillian town of several cultures, predominantly Arab, Jewish and Mozarabic. Family legacy that we find in the centennial recipe book of our grandmother Upita . It is a golden colored cake, 100% Natural , handcrafted with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and anise aroma. Prepared and bundled by hand, one by one.
