The triangle

The grapes are selected on the table and with a part (60%) without destemming, it is vinified in stainless steel and open barrels for approximately 30 days in a very static process, with few pump-overs we try to respect the smoothness and elegance of the variety as much as possible. Finally, the wine is aged for about 5 months in wood for 5 years of use and an additional aging of 15 months in tank before being bottled.
