Mouth: very personal entry into the mouth, dry but showing that sweet spot that appeared on the nose. It is a very gastronomic white, meaty, long and with good final acidity, which makes it a good companion for a very varied gastronomy. A wine that has yet to demonstrate its potential, tame itself and endure its possible good evolution in the bottle.
