Fermented in oak vats and matured on its lees for 6 months. Viura and Malvasía from a very special vineyard: "Valcavada", planted in 1957.

Lore of Ostatu

  • Nose: Great aromatic complexity, with hints of flowers and white fruit. Citrus notes and some quince, as well as light smoked notes. Mouth: Minerality, excellent acidity and discreet wood. As a good gastronomic white, it has a long finish that also makes it a perfect wine for long after-dinner meals.
